Guided Pathways

Focused support for the part of the journey that needs attention now.

A Guided Pathway is structured coaching around one primary goal or skill area. It is milestone-based instead of calendar-based, so the work can move at the pace real life requires—and change direction when the evidence says it should.

Current Guided Pathways

Start with the area that best matches the actual need.

You do not have to force your situation into a generic program. These are the Guided Pathways currently available, and the starting point can be adjusted during discovery or as the coaching reveals more.

The Pathway catalog can grow as new focused coaching tracks are developed.

How Guided Pathways Work

The goal stays visible even when the route changes.

01 • DEFINE

Choose the primary goal.

We identify the outcome that matters most rather than trying to fix every area at once.

02 • FOUNDATION

Start where the client actually needs to start.

Accountability may be first for one person. Another may need rediscovery, boundaries, communication, or clarity first.

03 • MILESTONES

Build through measurable steps.

The Pathway uses milestones, practical application, coach notes, and resources instead of an arbitrary number of weeks.

04 • REDIRECT

Change the route when necessary.

If another skill becomes the real blocker, the client can move into a different Pathway rather than pretending the original sequence still fits.

There is no penalty for needing a different route. Moving from one Pathway to another is not starting over. It is using the right tool for the next part of the same larger goal.
Pathways & CRAMs

Different tools. Same destination.

A client may begin with a Guided Pathway and later decide deeper, more integrated work makes sense through a CRAM. A CRAM client may also temporarily step into a Pathway when a specific roadblock needs targeted attention. The framework is designed to allow both.

Where Should You Start?

You do not need to pick a Pathway from a menu and hope you guessed right.

Bring the situation to the free Discovery Session. We can talk through what is happening, what you want to change, and which starting point appears most useful—or whether coaching is the right fit at all.
